Best Careers/Jobs After Advanced Level Subject Series in Cameroon

After choosing a series and studying hard to pass the GCE Advanced Level, what next? This is the second stage of your life to make another critical decision.

Many who have passed through this stage would testify how difficult it was to decide on which program to go in for with little knowledge. You can imagine how that feels.

Most university students would equally bear witness when I say many wished they had a proper orientation before engaging in any program.

The worst feeling is when you ask for career orientation from someone who does not have an idea. You might read something unnecessary in the job market.

Best Careers/Jobs After Advanced Level Subject Series in Cameroon

The Job Market in Cameroon

As mentioned earlier, this is the second crucial decision to make regarding your career. What is the first? The first is choosing a series combination at the GCE Advanced Level. From this point, you choose which road to continue to your destination.

Bear in mind that the University has some specific requirements that everyone must attain before being admitted to reading some programs at the University.

For instance, the general requirement for admission into the University of Bamenda presents proof of having a pass in GCE Ordinary Level English Language.

Another essential point to note is that to be admitted into specific departments to read any program of your choice requires one to present a pass in GCE Ordinary Level Mathematics. This includes programs like banking and finance, management, accounting, economics, marketing, entrepreneurship, etc.

Those who intend to pursue a career in the abovementioned fields should take mathematics lessons seriously, “To be forewarned is to be forearmed.” this requirement has led many to read what they do not like. They may have been more serious with math classes. Some students may need to be made aware of this.

Let’s discuss the University or professional programs one can read with the various GCE Advanced Level Subject combinations.
